MOLDEX INKS AGREEMENT W/ PAG-IBIG, UNIONBANK AND DMCI FOR THE GRAND TOWERS
The Moldex Group of Companies recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with PAG-IBIG making it possible to avail of units at the Grand Towers via PAG-IBIG's Medium and High-Rise Building (MHRB) Program. Moldex also inked an agreement with the Unionbank as its financing partner for the program while a contract was also signed with D.M. Consunji Inc. (DMCI,) a prime builder in condo development for the construction of the Grand Towers.
