Was organized in 1995 to declare its entry into high rise development projects.

Was incorporated in April 1996.
Handles projects of MOLDEX and other developers.

Moldex Insurance Agency Inc. (MIAI)

Was incorporated in January 13, 1996.
A logical consequence of various plant modernization, land acquisition, property development, and other expansion activities of its sister company operations requiring insurance coverage in large scale “jumbo risks”.
